Mike Tysinger Promoted to General Manager of Coastal and Charleston Markets

In this role, Mike will oversee operations and sales, drive market growth, and support our teams across both regions. He has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a clear commitment to excellence. His experience and dedication make him an exceptional fit for this expanded responsibility.

Brian Webb Promoted to Vice President of Operations
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Webb to Vice President of Operations at Concrete Supply Co.
In this role, Brian will oversee all plant and delivery operational execution across the company and will report to Henry Batten.
A graduate of Radford University in Virginia, Brian joined CSC in 1999 as a Commercial Sales Account Manager. Over the past 26 years, he has held key roles within Dispatch and Production Services, most recently serving as North Carolina Operations Director. His industry leadership includes serving as a Chapter Coordinator and Fleet Maintenance Committee member for the CRMCA, and he was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the National Ready Mix Concrete Association.
In this executive role, Brian will be instrumental in advancing our processes, strengthening delivery service, and supporting our continued commitment to safety, quality, and service.

Christian Rogers Promoted to Sales Manager for the Raleigh Market
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Christian Rogers to Sales Manager for the Raleigh, North Carolina market.
Christian joined the Concrete Supply Co. family in February 2021 through the Management Trainee program in the Charlotte market before transitioning to the Raleigh sales team later that year. Since then, he has played a key role in growing the residential market while also leading high-spec commercial work, contributing to several high-volume tower, tilt, and structural projects awarded to CSC. A graduate of Campbell University with a double major in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice, Christian brings strong discipline, leadership, and customer focus to his work. He enjoys building relationships with customers and contributing to CSC’s collaborative culture. Christian and his wife Devon welcomed their son, Pierson, in August 2025.
